Where are GM Tech gloves made?

GM Tech’s gloves are designed in the company’s Saint-Junien factory in the Limousin region and pieced together in Europe. The hides we use for our gloves come from European tanneries. Our partner factories have been carefully selected for their know-how and mastery of specific assembly techniques. All products sent to you undergo a rigorous quality control in Saint-Junien, to ensure premium quality.


How is the personal data in my account used?

How is the personal data in my account used? All personal data in your GM Tech account is used solely for the purpose of your business relationship with GM Tech. Your personal data is never shared with any third parties or sold on.

How secure is payment on the site?

We use SSL encryption technology to ensure that your bank details are protected. Your bank details are processed directly by our banking partner BNP Paribas and are therefore never in the possession of GM Tech. You can place your order with confidence.


What payment methods do you accept?

You may pay by

• Debit or credit card. We accept Carte Bleue Visa and Mastercard cards issued in France.

• PayPal


What type of gloves can I order?

Some gloves, marked with a red shield, are available exclusively for the specialist profession for which they are designed (police, army, fire brigade, customs authorities, private security sector etc.). Deliveries can be made only to the address of your unit.

Gloves not marked with a red shield can be ordered by anyone and delivered to an address of your choice.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

All orders are validated by GM Tech. As soon as your order has gone through, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

In certain cases, GM Tech may request additional information from you, in particular with regard to the address of your unit. If you fail to respond to any request for additional information within 15 days or fail to provide adequate information, GM Tech reserves the right to cancel your order

I haven’t received an order confirmation e-mail

Please check your spam folder to see if your order confirmation has landed there. To prevent this from happening again, simply add our e-mail address to your contacts. You can also view all your order details in your account (lien à créer) .

I want to change or cancel my order

Once your order has been validated, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. If you are not happy with your gloves, you have 14 days to return your order and request a refund.

The items I received are not the items I ordered

If there is an error with your order, please e-mail us at gmtech@gants.fr and we will strive to resolve the issue quickly.

How can I get an invoice?

To obtain an invoice, simply log in to our website and go to “My account” from the homepage, enter your login details and click on “My order history and details”.

Next, select the order for which you require an invoice. This displays the order details. Click on “Get an invoice”. You will then be able to view your invoice and save it if you wish.


Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver only in mainland France and the EU.

Where can I have my order delivered to?

Some GM Tech gloves are available exclusively for public security professionals and state forces and can be delivered only to a unit address. These gloves are marked with a small red shield. All other gloves can be delivered to a private address

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are shown when your order is validated. They are calculated according to the number of items in your order and the country to which the order is to be shipped. Delivery is free for all orders over €150.

What is the delivery time?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends (for orders placed before noon). Delivery times are based on the delivery times of our service provider UPS and depend on the place of delivery.

You will be able to track your order on the UPS website by entering your parcel tracking number, which will be sent to you by e-mail by UPS.

If delivery is taking longer than usual, please contact us.


What are your terms and conditions for returns?

We do not offer exchanges. You have 14 days from receipt of your items to return them. All items must be returned in their original condition. The gloves must not have been worn and must not be damaged or soiled. No labels must have been removed from the item.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return any items, please send an e-mail to gmtech@gants.fr, stating your first name, surname, address, the order number and the product numbers of the items you wish to return. We will send you a return tracking number, which you should indicate on the package. Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging and send the package to the following address:

he customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that no refund will be issued where returns do not comply with these conditions.

How will I be refunded?

As soon as we have received your return and checked the items, we will refund your order to the same payment method you used to make the purchase (debit/credit card or PayPal).

Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of your return. We will send you an e-mail to inform you that your refund has been processed..


To measure the circumference of your hand, wrap a tape measure around the palm of the hand, with the tape above the base of the thumb and without tightening it too much, and make a fist.

Care advice

GM Tech gloves are high in quality and durable. Below are some tips to help your gloves last longer:

• For leather and textile gloves: Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and clean the fabric with warm soapy water. Leave to air dry, away from heat sources.

• Store your gloves in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct heat and sunlight, to help them retain all their properties.
